Trademark transfer notice:

1. The party who wants to transfer trademark (hereafter called Party A) and the party who wants to receive / buy the trademark (hereafter called Party B) need to sign Agreement of Trademark Assignment. After signed, Party B can use this trademark right away, if Party B carry out the trademark registration of assignment application in a meantime, it can be used as the registered mark. That is: the trademark will mark with letter of “Registered Mark” or symbol of “R”.

2. Apply for registration of Assignment of Registered Mark. Party A and B should hand in application of registered mark’s assignment (Party A and B must seal on it); Trade Mark Registration Certificate, Party A and B’s copy of Business license or ID card, if have authorized agency to do it, Party B still have to seal a company chop on the letter of Attorney to Trade Mark Office. Registration of Registered Mark’s Assignment should be conducted by Party B. When Trade Mark Office approves the application of Registered Mark’s Assignment, they will grant to Party B certificate.

3. When transfer Registered Mark, Party must transfer the other trademarks, that is, the same / similar trademarks register in the same / similar goods / products should be transfer altogether.
